Isidore Ducasse 2


I drew this "portrait" of Lautréamont in 1970. At that time they haven't discovered yet the only two photographs there are of him. I have to invent his face and dressed him as student.
Lautréamont died age 24.

Dibujé este retrato de Lautréamont en 1970, antes de que fuesen descubiertas las dos unicas fotografias que existen de el. Tuve que inventarlo y vestirlo de estudiante. Lautréamont murió a los veinticuatro años

I don't know if there are translations of "Les Chants de Maldoror" in English. Probably there are in Russian. You must read him, Andrei!
