It looks like a scene of a film- there is certainly a story there, waiting to be told.
I drew it watching a TV program on an Australasian aboriginal who cried with great emotion when entered in a sacred territory of his island. This drawing doesn't necesarily illustrate that event.
You may not have captured the exact emotion you described above, but there is certainly something captivating about this. The whole piece is designed in such a way to completely lure you in. I love the shape of the crow, looming overhead... the boat, waiting for someone to float with... The sorrowful man...
I can't take my eyes off this. It's a powerful one, Oscar!
I am truly pleased you like it, Katie!!
Para mí que el artista quiso representar un homenaje al flamante finadito Ramos Delgado, que era negro y jugó en River.
Sí, seguro que esta fotografía representa eso.
