My neighbour called her husband παχύδερμο (thick skinned) when she saw him sitting like this, sipping his drink and watching the football match- instead of taking her out to choose the fabric for the new curtains...
We say "mas pesado que un elefante" (or "culo pesado") to signify more or less the same!
