Fucking brilliant!
Talking about fucking brilliance, Uli. I am in awe going through hundreds of drawings by Olaf Gulbransson. Man!...What a genius!!!

Gulbransson is sadly not well known and it is hard to find books about him. As you know he was a regular contributor to the "Simplicissimus" political satire magazine at the beginning of last century amongst many other greats like George Grosz and Kley.
Where did you find the stuff you're looking at?
A friend lent me a collection of Simplicissimus...I've posted some scans in http://oscartoons.blogspot.com/
I have a German book from the seventies with Gulbranson drawings.
