Old Times



I drew these in 1966. I often used this style for advertising illustration.

I like the volume in the storyboard characters. It reminds me of another artist. Rowland Wilson maybe?

No. At that time I used to look at Chuck Jones work with great interest. I met Rowland B. Wilson, who was a great guy from Texas and an incredibly talented artist.

Con el debido respeto. En ese momento yo no tenia ni la mas vaga idea de quienes serian esos dos...Y sospecho que decis George Dunning por "El Submarino Amarillo", en ese caso, el diseñador fue Heinz Edelman.
