Soy Carola Gil, la hija de Toti. Acabo de toparme con tu blog, no por casualidad. En la noche del viernes me acordaba de una acuarela que me habías hecho cuando yo era muy chiquita (en una semana cumplo 36) que colgó de la pared de mi cuarto durante toda mi infancia y me tuvo fascinada cada mañana. Cuando se lo comentaba a un amigo mío me dijo: pero tiene un blog y bueno, acá estoy. Solo quería mandar saludos y agradecerte unos 33 años después.

ps: ah, y había un librito azul de un payasito (en japonés si mal no recuerdo) que me tenía bastante loca también.

Carola. Es un gustazo oir de vos....El dibujo del payasito era de un libro que hice para Japon. Estaba convencido que estaba en el archivo de este blog pero no lo puedo encontrar. Me da satifaccion que algun dibujo mio te haya alegrado en alguna modesta medida la infancia...Dale un gran saludo a tus viejos!

To you Oscar the first 72 virgins in heaven :) Unfortuntely for me I go to a less pleasant place where "animators" are poked and prodded by demons with pitchforks for their vanity and workplace indiscretions . To some it is worth discussion since , like art , production itself is an unfolding portrait of humanity . Really beautiful work by the way Oscar. Like yourself, very thought provoking.
